The sole advantage of having a washer that hooks straight up to the sink is that I control the horizontal, the vertical, and the temperature.
Unfortunately this means that in order to have different temps for wash and rinse, I have to stand next to the washer and change the temp on the sink faucet when it changes over to rinse. So everything basically gets washed on cold.
Is yours like mine, where it has no sensor for when the ice bucket is full and just keeps on making ice until you turn it off or it bursts open your freezer?
Indeed. And it makes it at a frightening rate, and since the tap water here is pretty nasty (or maybe it's my filter), I tend to leave it off most of the time lest my freezer be overrun by musty ice.
