Feeling distant from everything. This is a known side effect of trying to get in touch with new people, especially in this city. It's still kind of alienating. And it comes on top of some other stuff that's sloshing around in my head.

I am not fully sure that I know you enough yet to give value judgments, but that's likely to change as I continue seeing you about here, and it's fairly unlikely to swing to a no. :)

(And, vice versa, I'm pretty sure I should stop being a fussbucket and post something on my end one of these days so that the people-of-DW can get to know me a little bit, but the posting rut I've fallen into runs strong.)
