Congratulations to GWB for capturing a man who had nothing to do with the terrorist attacks. Any chance of getting back to the 'real' threat? No? How about rebuilding the infrastructure in Afghanistan? No money in it? Just thought I'd ask.

The only ones who have abandoned Afghanistan are the media. Stories about bombs, shootings and riots are a lot more interesting than a family in Afghanistan getting to eat on a regular basis. If you look for the information it's there, but it's not in the news. I'm sure you'll hear about Afghanistan the next time someone dies there, but otherwise it just isn't interesting enough!
