Z's birthday present finally arrived today. It's the DVD of The Hire, eight short films produced by BMW and directed by various cool people (Ang Lee, Guy Ritchie, John Frankenheimer, John Woo, etc). I think the disc ran me four bucks (shipping), or you can download the films for free.

I ordered four of them, because at four bucks apiece, why not? They arrived rubber-banded together in the mailbox. (Granted, each one had an address label, but still.)

They've got a making-of on them. It's split into little parts, and I don't think there's a "play all", but still cool.
