MIKE'S BOOKS ARE COMING BACK INTO PRINT

ASPECTS HAS A PUB DATE not until 2021 but still. !!!

(I assume, on zero evidence, that this is the first few chapters of Aspects by Mike, and the rest of the novel finished by Pamela Dean, since I understand that was the plan a decade ago when Tor was looking at publishing it based on the contract they had.)

I am astounded and extremely happy.

My understanding is that the manuscript is substantially complete except for the last couple of chapters, and Tor will not be commissioning anyone else to finish it -- they're going to publish it as-is, subject to the usual typo fixing in copy edit.

Note that my understanding is anecdotal and based on conversation with a Tor editor; things may change between that talk and the eventual publication.
