I'm honestly kinda distressed by how much my mood improves or worsens based on whether it's sunnybright or grey & rainy. Vancouver may not be the healthiest place for me.

You can always augment with full-spectrum lights. I have one right by my bed, so it's the first light on in the morning.

I've got a blue-light over my work monitor that I think has helped. I mean, it's hard to say definitively. Adding a fullspectrum light to my regimen is probably a good idea.

Best thing I ever did for winter mornings was get an alarm clock that wakes me up with a gradually-brightening light.

I keep thinking about a light-alarm. I'm not sure I would notice until it was blinding because I sleep on my face.

I replaced all the lights in my office with full-spectrum, though, too. Now I don't get headaches and I don't end the day depressed and angry (without reason).
