Aha! That makes a lot of sense, thank you. And yay for better living through chemistry, for cats and humans.

Yeah, we're quartering the pills. Chaos is not real fond of the taste, but it's only the *second* worst-tasting pill we have to give him so a pill pocket works.. (When his stomach gets upset he gets what's apparently a really vile-tasting quarter-pill. Half the time he spits it back out after eating the pill pocket, and then won't eat another pill pocket.)
