jazzfishThe Christmas shopping is almost entirely done, barring one or two optional minor items. Most everything is wrapped, and we're going down to Bellingham tomorrow to ship things.
The half-size tree is up. There are as yet no Xmas cookies but discussions on how to remedy this state of affairs are in progress.
Snow on the mountains, shining white in the sun, and people are starting to talk about when they're leaving to visit relatives for a week or so.
Perhaps next week we'll watch a heartwarming family Christmas movie. Meanwhile, I have a fireplace and books, and after a few weeks (months) of being more brain-dead than usual I seem to be recovering some amount of oomph.
