Ah, I feel you on the lung issues. My cardio capacity has essentially evaporated to nothing due the 7-8 months forced rest. And this might be a cool summer by Washington standards, but that doesn't mean the heat and humidity aren't still terrible. I can imagine it must be very displeasing to have your legs ready to keep going but your lungs holding you back. Does it help at all to jog even slower? My jogging pace right now is slower than my brisk walking pace...(also very frustrating!)
