I don't know the meaning of the jester's puzzle, because my hobby is not to solve logic tables with true or false "either or" statements.

The meaning of the king's puzzle was noted in the comments, though. If you tell me X and Y are true in your case, and I tell you X is true in my case, do not assume both X and Y are true in my case.
