Surprisingly enough, it looks to be far enough from Tyson's proper that it'll be rather quiet. It's about a quarter-mile from 123, and almost a mile from the Beltway.

I've never really done 'city' living as such. It's always been the suburbs for me. Good chance to figure out whether I like it or not, I think.
