Awakened at 3 AM by dog upstairs, where dog is not supposed to be. Dog's owner seems to have skipped town for weekend.
Costume colour renderings (12) and swatches due for Monday.

EDIT: Nope. The Bankruptcy Bill passed the House today. Ezra Klein: "If the Bush administration had wanted to end bankruptcies, they could have offered federal reinsurance for catastrophic medical costs. You would've ended half the bankruptcies right there."

Date: 2005-04-15 09:05 pm (UTC)There are two kinds of bankruptcy that individuals use most often -- Chapter 7 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapter_7) and Chapter 13 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapter_13). The bill makes it harder to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and lessens the debt reduction granted by Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The bill was more or less a gift to big creditors like banks and credit card companies as well as landlords and cash advance firms.
