IHOP on Dirt Cheap Night is a scary place.

Waking up before seven sucks. Especially when your first class isn't 'til 9:30, and it consists of an OSHA-mandated PowerPoint presentation covering such important safety tips as "Don't get your hair caught in the bandsaw" and "The fall-gear is not for recreational usage."

Cullen walked into the PAB lounge yesterday morning carrying a McDonald's bag, set it down, and said, "Yep, I got a girl's phone number this morning." Vaguely awed noises. "Course, I didn't get my drink. Matter of fact, what I said was 'Could I trouble you for a drink?' and she said 'Sure!' *scribble* 'What's yours?'"

IHOP thursday nights 18-0600 is 50% off for SU students. there are never fewer than like.. 20.. SU kids in there at a time, usually spread out 6-10 per table. you walk in, and you're like WHY DO I KNOW MOST OF THE PATRONS? and then you feel bad for the locals who thought it was safe to eat there..

Here it's even scarier. From 1600 to 2100 on Tuesdays, if you have a student ID and you buy a drink, you get an entree of up to $6.99 free. I fail to see how they make /any/ money off this.
