friday night: Spy Game, with Robert Redford (yay!) and Brad Pitt (boo!). quite good. i was very happy with it. but then, i like spy stories.
we got decent trailers, too... even one for The Bourne Identity. and emily gets bonus points for identifying the actress (Franka Potente, most famous for having a lot of red hair in Lola Rennt / Run Lola Run) before me.

satyrday emily and nathan and jay and i went to roanoke and nathan bought a dreamcast for $50 and several games.
sunday emily and nathan and i went shopping more and nathan bought more dreamcast games. then we wandered over to shadowlake (with adam) and took measurements to make sure that we could fit things in the house like we wanted. came back, finished revising my papers. all in all, a pretty good weekend. even if the mass of birds _did_ divebomb my car in roanoke.

spy game kicked ass. redford was great, and pitt did a decent job. ;-)

i loved how the ads for it really gave you no clue how the movie was going to go...
