It is a good one. Remains to be seen if if'll stick this time; reminding myself of it will help, I hope/expect.

I've come to the conclusion/realisation that I'm tired of being afraid of changing things. Not that I know how to not be, or how to act regardless of that fear, but it's maybe a start.
