Oh yeah, the special lightweight lenses have been required for me for well over fifteen years. I am intensely grateful that they exist!

Minus eight is no joke either, plus some ridiculous amount of astigmatism in one eye. I really, really wish my eyes had stabilized before I turned forty so that RK/laser surgery could have done some good before reading glasses started being necessary.
