I definitely agree with you on Mort (some people say it's Equal Rites but they're wrong, and not JUST because that book left such a bad taste in my mouth). Looking forward to more consistent quality!

(I am reading them in order, partly because that is Just How I Do Things and partly because, to paraphrase Shiv Ramdas, that means that they start out good and get better.)
