The lung steroid seems to have made it worse. At least, the coughing was worse for the end of last week through the weekend, and better when I stopped taking the steroid on Sunday?Monday?.

Filibuster: I can see where that's coming from... but the filibuster in 2017-2018 protected Republicans. It meant that their stupider initiatives could be shut down with Democrats filibustering, rather than making some of the Republicans go on record as opposing their lunatic fringe. In general it's a tool that's been used for evil far far more than for good.
