I've got a blue-light over my work monitor that I think has helped. I mean, it's hard to say definitively. Adding a fullspectrum light to my regimen is probably a good idea.

Best thing I ever did for winter mornings was get an alarm clock that wakes me up with a gradually-brightening light.
