Date: 2016-08-22 06:17 am (UTC)I think the secret to success is to make a wedding personal, make it an occasion you *want* to attend, and to cut out each and any stressor you can possibly shed.
That was pretty much what we ended up doing for ours, and it worked out really well for us. Other people's weddings still make me twitch a bit, though.
