I am not sure whether the problem with having crepes and apples and good cheese for breakfast is that I promised I would save some crepes for uilos and thus can't eat them all, or that I'm stuffed but they were really good and I *want* to eat them all.

(Better would have been with berries and whipped cream, but I wasn't thinking sufficiently clearly yesternight when I hit the grocery store.)

But if you have to go back to the grocery store for berries and whipped cream, couldn't you just get some additional crepes before uilos returns?? Teehee.

Homemade crepes, requiring roughly an hour to make plus an hour to chill the batter. So, I *could*, but I did that once already. :)

Sorry-not-sorry. :) You too could acquire a pair of old electric crepe makers at thrift stores and start making your own!
