a) Very odd, since the links from Wunderland all have it capitalised. I think. I'd have to check to be sure, and the site seems to be down at the moment.

b) First, get ahold of a set of giant pieces. Mike Sugarbaker currently owns the only ones in existence, and he won't tell anyone how much he paid for them (guesses are in the upper three digits). Then play Icehouse. Same as normal rules, except crashing is a lot harder, and there's a lot more exercise running back and forth from your stash to wherever the playing action is.

Icehouse is a good game. Gnostica and Zendo are probably better, though... no manual dexterity element.
