I would give the entire thing a resounding eyeroll, but I do find it within me to make two comments:

1. "No videogamer living now will survive to experience videogames as an art form"---I cannot decide whether to describe this sentence as
-a- utterly non-sensical, like the sentence "No person living now will live long enough to breathe," like, um, we already breathe,
-b- extremely unwarranted, as in, dude, the experience of art is in the experiencer, and it is not my fault that you are fully color blind and cannot appreciate, say, Van Gogh's brilliantly yellow sunflowers that explode into my eyeballs, or
-c- sublimely arrogant, which has in it a sense of "both of the above."

2. I laughed a lot at your last sentence after I clicked on the Wikipedia link.
