jazzfishJeez. Whose brilliant idea was it to schedule a dentist appointment for 8:40 AM, right in the middle of my vacation? Throws the whole day's schedule off.
Oh, right. Oh well. My teeth are clean, I've had a messy-looking but tasty mushroom and pepper omelette for breakfast, and now I can dive back in to the writing. That's the theory, anyway.
(Also, why did no one tell me that writing a novel in a month is hard?)
