I'm sorry that your former employer has a stick firmly lodged up his ass. (I can say that, because I never worked for him.) Good luck in the job hunt, and if you want to post anything nasty about them in the future, just let me know and I'll put it up for you. :)

Best of my knowledge, I can still say nasty things about them. I just can't say "Exegetics is completely fucked because of its crappy business practices, such as" and then go on to explain about RITboys, poor coding, and such.
