No such luck. On mine the folders are named F00 through F49, and the songs in them have random four-letter names.

That's the main reason I'm switching out my iPod for an Archos Gmini. When I put something on my iPod I bloody well ought to be able to take it back off and put it somewhere else. "Piracy" be damned: my computer's hard drive is the same size as my iPod, so I don't want to waste space mirroring the songs.
