And then a week happened, and there was a party, and conversations that could have been a whole lot worse than they were, and conversations that could have been better than they were, and the discovery that the theatre world is really, really tiny ([livejournal.com profile] badmagic, I dated one of the Charmions in high school). And also the Muppet Movie on a big screen. ("Good thing frogs can jump, or I'd be gone with the Schwinn.") And I'd talk more about all of that but I have to go scarf breakfast so I can get on the road for my stupidly long commute (soon to be cut far shorter) for my first day of (eek!) work. So, more later.

Unfortunately I will not be able to help you move, because I have to help set up for Bagel's memorial service. I hope everything goes smoothly.

Good luck and knock 'em dead on your first day.

Personally, I couldn't handle the commute you have even for a week. My hat is off to you.
