Words are inadequate

It's the kind of joke I'd expect got traction with rival schools and was popular enough that it passed into legend and thus became "fact." At any rate, I certainly have no problems with school pride. Especially since I work now near a school with an anteater as its mascot and down the way from the one with the banana slugs. :)
