Hm, okay. I'm actually really happy with Dr Ankrum (who I found years ago by virtue of his name being first in the yellow pages). Apparently everyone else is really happy with him too, though; the first open appointment for a cleaning is in three weeks. (He's got me in on Monday for the repair job.) If Dr Ankrum is consistently full up I'll keep Dr Harris in mind.

I may file a complaint; I'll talk to Dr Ankrum on Monday about whether this was a poor judgement call or sloppy work or what.
