DA Fae etc.

I'm not impressed by the cover, but the teaser material has me drooling.
John (the owner of the house I'm living in) got a puppy over the weekend. "Puppy." Onyx is nine months old, black and shaggy, and comes up to my waist. He's pretty well-behaved, though he desperately wants me to pay attention to him if I come home and there's no one else here, and he drools a bit (not a lot; just a bit). For now I retain my preference for cats.
A- on my Philosophy paper, A on my HoDaT paper. No word on the HoDaT midterm yet but I'm not too scared. No word on the "rehearsal report" either, but I don't expect to ever see it again. At least the English dept gives writing back. (Eventually. With much prompting, in Hatfield's case.)
Tight throat and some coughing this morning; unsure whether that's a result of sinus drain, possible dog allergies (unlikely, but that's my mother's speculation), or an actual illness.
