twenty-four hours later and as far as i know no one has claimed responsibility.
at this point i begin to doubt that anyone will.
i mean, given the loud posturing, it would be tantamount to commiting suicide. well. commiting suicide and not furthering your cause. it would give you a kind of immortality, but not really enough.
tucker predicts: in another week, things will be mostly back to normal. the newsmen will run out of things to say, realise it, and steer the world's attention to other matters.
meanwhile we're all overstressed.

okay. FASA folded back in February, i think. maybe longer ago than that, but that sounds right. so they sold off the rights to various of their games, mostly to Jordan Weisman, the original designer, who left to found his own company (WizKids) and produce a highly lucrative market of Collectible Miniatures. plans for BattleTech have been up in the air for awhile. the official word from WizKids is as follows:

"BattleTech: the new collectible miniatures game."

the end times are upon us.
