The Powers novel which 3DTN most reminded me of was Earthquake Weather, although I thought it was better, in that it had a similar set of flaws, in my opinion. In quality, I'd put it at second tier Powers. First is Declare, Last Call, The Anubis Gates, The Drawing of the Dark, and maybe The Stress of Her Regard (I've only read that one once, so I'm still mulling it over); second is Stress if it's not first, On Stranger Tides, Expiration Date. Third is Earthquake Weather. Haven't read Dinner at Deviant's Palace or those semi-unclaimed works yet.

I'd expand on it further, but I should quit LJing and get to class now. Possible comments at 11p or so when I get out of class. :P
