Sep. 21st, 2002 09:41 amToday's lesson is that the trackball does not mix well with biscuits and jelly.
In other news, Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever, or "Lucy Liu blows up a whole bunch of stuff," was pretty good as mindless blow-things-up movies go. The plot had a few issues (like the fact that the movie was set in VANCOUVER, a place where the US has NO JURISDICTION-- and it's not like they didn't realise this, they make reference to being on foreign soil once or twice... and the logic behind the Ecks's wife subplot completely escapes me), but it was easily worth seeing as a matinee. Plus the song in the first firefight was "Smartbomb" from the PS2 game Frequency.
Whee. Off to Invisifest, to play games all day.
