Last night was the final abandonment of That Apartment. Adam and Ross hauled all the leftover junk out to the dumpster in a shopping cart (it took several trips). So Emily and I went over to raid the leftovers. Among our acquisitions:

• An electric can-opener
  
• A cool spinny thing with five concentric circles
  
• Three teapots
  
• A baking scale
  
• A wheeled cart with drawers that will probably become an end table
  
• A trash can with a decent lid
  

All in all, a good haul.

You know, I can't remember a single thing from the stuff that you rejected, and I carted all of the sodding stuff to the dumpster. Something about seeing this list made me realize that. Weird.
