Yeah, no kidding. I stumbled upon my copy of Bordertown when I was in college but haven't even /seen/ the others. Ellen Kushner is somewhat hopeful (or at least wishful) that whoever it is that's doing the new Bordertown book will also reprint the rest of them.

Liavek was the same way: the longer pieces (including JMF's non-"Worrynot Tea" stories and the Alan Moore story) didn't work nearly so well for me. Maybe it's the nature of shared-world anthologies, that as the pieces get longer they become less shared.
