faekitty, jlfranklin, sir_alf, and especially uilos for ensuring that I didn't fall asleep or hit ramming speed on the trip back.
Almost all my worldly possessions currently reside in a full fifteen-foot truck. (I got a lot of furniture from my parents' house. Without the furniture, I filled maybe 40% of the truck.)
Due to a combination of ill-advised decisions and Budget rental trucks, I am running on less than ten hours of sleep for the weekend. This will make the move-in later today . . . eenteresting.
A fuller update will come at some point after I have enticed the Internets into my home. So, like, Tuesday. (At which time I will also have things to say about the responses to my previous post. For which I quite seriously thank you all.)
