I've successfully made it up to my parents' place with a carload of stuff, after spending three weeks living with the incomparable sir_alf and faekitty. Poked a bit at apartments with the lovely uilos, found two that look exceedingly promising. Tomorrow, down to Corolla and back with my father and three replacement televisions. Real update, as they say, later; for now, the Hugo meme, from mytholder. I've read about twice as many of these as I'd expected to have.
