gah.

Saw Two Towers last night. Short review: I thought it sucked, but the next time I see it I will have gotten over the changes made and will like it better, since the only thing that really sucked was the script. (Well, and Cate Blanchett's inability to act her way out of a paper bag. And that one tower falling in Osgilliath, that sucked pretty bad. And the R.O.U.S.es masquerading as Wargs. But these are small things.)

But I watched Totoro with Emily and Kelly afterwards, so it was all good.

A Couple Of Towers

So I went to see The Two Towers last night.

Other miscellaneous movie notes:

• The trailer for Bad Boys 2 used Smartbomb for part of its music.
  
• Eomer is clearly part elf, as he has blond hair and black mustache/beard.
  
• Gimli should never have been reduced to comic relief.
  
• Wargs are R.O.U.S.es.
  
• I got about two-thirds of the way through the movie before hearing Lucifer's voice come out of Aragorn's mouth.
