The Hire: short films paid for by BMW, that more or less serve as BMW ads but are still very, very cool. Starring Clive Owen (The Professor in The Bourne Identity; also the main character in Privateer 2 and Croupier] and directed by a number of cool people, including John "Ronin" Frankenheimer, Ang "Crouching Tiger" Lee, Guy "Snatch" Ritchie, and John "The Killer" Woo. So far I've only seen the first film ("Ambush" by Frankenheimer) but it's pretty good stuff. The rest are downloading. :)

Saw [livejournal.com profile] beracjade Wednesday night, which was cool. Didn't get to go drinking, but that's okay. (A twelve-hour car trip will kind of wipe you out.) Other than that... ehh. The week goes by. I've got my ten-page paper due in two weeks, for which I should start research tomorrow / later today. Been playing Insaniquarium on Popcap, which is sort of like SimFishTank only with aliens. And fish that excrete money.

My Xmas shopping is basically done, since Walden's had a 40% off day for employees today.
