jazzfish: Jazz Fish: beret, sunglasses, saxophone (Default)
I'm home from work after my first two days.

Day one was spent running 100baseT cable through acoustical tiling and reading the Testing Manual.
Day Two was spent trying to make my computer work and reading the Manual Manual.

As of yet I have neither CENSORED.

A "Section 125 Cafeteria Plan" does not in fact mean I get to eat in the cafeteria. It's an IRS thing whereby I set aside an amount of money before taxes, and I have to use it by the end of the year for something medical or it goes away, presumably to the IRS. Like insurance, only worse. (I get insurance, too, but I can understand that from the name.)

I'm tired of staring at a computer. At least this one is functional.
