Bleak stares into the unending void: to quote Patrick Nielsen Hayden, this contains "what is probably history’s most elaborate lead-in to a column about cats."

Mexican man can sue U.S. over pot car: "A federal appeals court has ruled that a Mexican national may sue the U.S. government for selling him a car in San Diego that contained a hidden load of marijuana, then arresting him when he tried to cross the border in it."

TiVo to Sell Customer Viewing Data: "TiVo executives said they will be gathering information only in aggregate, such as by ZIP code. The habits of individual users will remain anonymous." TiVo executives also have this bridge they'd like to sell you. [both from [livejournal.com profile] uilos]

I've got three weeks to do my Shakespeare paper (by my personal deadline), so Thursday after class will need to be a library trip. Or maybe tomorrow; since there's no class, I can park closer to the library. Tomorrow is also grocery day, as I have enough dinner left for two nights, and then it's all peanut butter sandwiches. Today I work and then make Star Wars characters. And maybe do some more Macarena of Time.

Don't know why, but the pot story headline you posted reminds me of the Chia Car.

As for the TiVo thing, it looks like there will be a larger chance to have a "do not call" list to get off of telemarketers' lists. Of course that does not include junk mail.

Just some useless ramblings from someone who is bored at work today.
