Finished The Trial. Good stuff. I read a lot of religious/Xian/Judaic(?) symbolism/imagery in it, but I get the feeling that Your Mileage May (And, In Fact, Probably Will) Vary. (Also a good deal of existentialism, but I knew that going into it. Joseph K. is basically useless as a human being; he also exemplifies the three stages of despair, although not in Kierkegaard's order.)
