Water actually got fixed on Wednesday. Score one for the forces allied against cynicism and bleakness. Also score one for being able to take a hot bath and flush the toilet.

I actually miss living in Knollwood now. I miss the fog in the mornings, and the groundhogs, and being 5-10 minutes from the mall (instead of a whole 15-20, horror!). On the other hand, it's quiet here.

I've been feeling the urge to run Feng Shui (Hong Kong action movie role-playing) again for awhile now, and I think I've found a scenario that I like. It's got cultists, demons, and black helicopters spraying psychoactive chemicals on crowds. It's also got a teleporting Temple of Evil. Maybe some night when either Bert or J haven't got anything prepped up...

While anecdotal evidence would suggest that many people have thrown sodium into the lakes and streams of the world, they have been reprehensibly lax in documenting the results. (The butterflies are way cool, and the argument with the Illinois EPA amuses me as well. Plus over a dozen QuickTime movies, and lots of pictures.)
