At my parents' place now, waiting for renfaire tomorrow.

On the way up here we passed a horse trailer with the phrase

CAUTION SHOW HORSES!

painted on the bumper.

Me: I can't parse that.
Emily: That's okay, the trailer's empty.

I'm personally fond of a 2&1 parse, though I'm not sure what a "Caution Show" would entail. :)

Show horses are horses that are trained and groomed for horse shows. They are very valuble commodities to their owners. So when you find a trailer that has show horses in it, show some caution.

Was meant to be read in a mirror, like "ECNALUBMA". Says "Horses Show Caution", which is true, they're downright finicky.
