(no subject)
Nov. 9th, 2001 04:09 pmWhen Steph and I started keeping online journals at roughly the same time, I never thought I'd be updating mine more regularly than she was. Partly that's due to having a computer at work, and partly due to her apparently no longer having net.access, but still.
The show opens in under three and a half hours. Creepy. It's not exactly ready. I mean, *I'm* ready. The rest of crew is ready, with the possible exception of sound. But the actors still flub occasionally (sometimes very badly) and the notebook that is supposed to burn at the end of Act 1 has yet to burn properly. The stage manager is a tyrant (although in fairness, that's his job) and the directrix is a flake. This is likely to be the only show I do with Playmakers.
On the bright side, the Dean's office said basically "Come back and talk to us in a year, and if you haven't flaked out yet we can probably work something out." So things look decent on that front.
