After swapping the two memory chips (as in moving them to different slots, not as in replacing them with different ones), the mobo seems to work fine. So I've got everything running right except for the video card, which is having severe driver issues. Bah. I'll be investing in a new machine within six months, I think. Certainly within a year. This Frankenputer shite is tiring.
